Mainee, the Main Street Sock Monkey, has started his travels! This week, Mainee is at Amanda's Closet - 517 Court Street. Stop by Amanda's Closet and take your picture with Mainee. Email your picture of Mainee to mainstreet@grics.net along with your name and phone number. You will be entered to win a prize from Amanda's Closet! Mainee will be at the Closet until January 11th, then he moves on to his next destination!

Christmas Window Paintings by PCHS Art Students

Windows in Downtown Pekin received some holiday flair last Friday, thanks to Pekin Community High School Art Students. Many thanks to Ms. Kruck and Ms. Psinas for allowing the students to come down and many thanks to Dale and Katey Thomas and Lisa and Dennis Sheehan for great hospitality and lunch :).
